The firm’s Medical SIU Group focuses on representing insurance companies and individuals in combating health care fraud and abuse. Whether the claim arises under an automobile policy, workers’ compensation policy or other health insurance policy, the combined experience of the firm’s SIU team ensures zealous representation.;

The firm’s Property SIU Group focuses on representing insurers, their insureds, and self-insureds in interpreting complex coverage issues, business interruption claims, concurrent causation issues, intentional losses, windstorm damage and valued property law.; and

The firm’s Commercial Litigation Group focuses on complex civil litigation. Specific practice areas within the Commercial Litigation Group include banking, business torts, condominium & homeowners association litigation, construction, corporate disputes, protection of property rights, probate and trust litigation, as well as real estate litigation.
